After speaking with Simon and hearing the journey that led to writing this book I had to read for myself. This book is truely inspirational and really made me sit up and realise not only a lot about myself, but others around me as well. I highly recommend reading this book, lived experience is the best form of understanding what mental health can be like.

I started reading this book, and couldn't put it down until I had read the whole thing. Incredibly engaging, incredibly thought provoking, and written with an extremely powerful raw honesty. I have had the pleasure of hearing one of Simon's talks and knew I would love reading his books, which was indeed the case.
Thank you, Simon, for sharing your story and the observations it has given you with the world. This book will make an impact upon all whom read it, and I would highly recommend you do.
I'm currently on holiday, engrossed in a book titled "The Sheeple Principle" Simon Pollard. The title alone is enough to make me chuckle - it's true that people often act like sheep, blindly following the herd. But Simon suggests that the real rewards come from going against the grain, and I couldn't agree more!
I highly recommend this book. Simon claims he's not a psychologist, but I beg to differ. The advice and life-changing moments in this book are seriously impactful.
Simon opens up about his struggles with anxiety, something many of us can relate to. He shares his experiences and insights on how to cope with it, showing that there's no quick fix - it's all about how you handle it. I've gained a lot from reading this book, and that's saying something coming from someone who isn't a big reader!
'The Sheeple Principle" is a game-changer for me.
Keep up the great work, Simon!
